do Federal Wiretapping Laws apply to Home Security Cameras?
i am trying to beef up my home security but most secutiry cameras i see at the store have audio recording. in Washington State does the Federal Wiretapping Laws apply to Private Property?
if it doesnt apply to security then how come people using security on their person get in trouble for audio recording other people or police without their consent? even within the law
again. why does the public get in trouble with these wiretapping laws when filming with a camera? public meaning you have no right to privacy.
